This gentle, all-levels class is part of Bhav Brigade’s mission as a donation-based, mutual aid wellness collective — bringing movement, connection, and mindfulness into creative community spaces. Accessible for everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a supportive space to slow down, breathe, and move at your own pace.
