Inside Flow Workshop with Ditya Sari

What is correct alignment in Vinyasa Flow? Vinyasa Flow is the fusion of movement and breath. After that, it is about finding beauty in movements as vinyasa flow is the most aesthetic discipline of yoga. This Workshop will let you feel, what your body and movements can focus on in order to increase perceived beauty. As aestheticism can be an abstract construct, we will focus on tangible, biomechanical laws that will let us feel the flow.
