Ocean’s 14 presents Diya & Dine, a one-night tasting dinner where Indian flavors meet global inspiration. This four-course experience is built to surprise, weaving street-food energy with refined plates and playful twists.

The menu moves from crisp scallop pani puri crudo to beetroot kofta in silky makhni sauce, from spiced lamb lasagna layered with kheema to a Rogan Josh Wellington baked golden. Dessert brings the night to a close with creations like Motichoor y Saffron and Ras Malai Tres Leches.

Cocktails are crafted to match the occasion: a fiery Mirchi Martini, a sparkling Saffron 75, and other seasonal pairings designed to carry the flavor journey through every course.

Arrive early for a casual mixer before dinner.

Optional add-on: $20 for two handcrafted cocktails or premium whiskeys from our curated bar menu (advance purchase only).
