Hike & Sunset Yoga

We will meet at Idler's Rest parking lot at 6pm.

We will have an all-levels yoga after our hike. The class will consist of short meditation, a vinyasa style asana, and a sweet sound bath during savāsana. We will end close to dusk.

Open to all levels. We encourage you to bring your family & friends. Kids ages 11+ are welcome. Pets welcome.
You can come for the hike or yoga alone.

Bring your own mat and blanket (if any).
