What sets Beast & Bird’s bar apart is its “bourbon-forward” approach. We take pride in our bourbon cocktails and flights, featuring rare bourbons.

Drinking bourbon straight can be a bit perplexing, with terms like “neat,” “open,” and “on the rocks” often used. In this introductory bourbon class, we will sample the same bourbon (Angel's Envy finished in port barrels) in three different ways. This experience will help you discover your preferred way to enjoy straight bourbon. You will also learn about bourbon and the Angel's Envy distillery.

Small plate food will be provided, and each participant will receive a 10% off coupon for a bourbon flight on their next visit.
