Crucifixus: A Choral and Orchestral Reflection

Join us for “Crucifixus” – an evening of deep musical contemplation centered around the powerful Crucifixus by renowned British composer Paul Mealor. This concert performed by the DUODECO ensemble and the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra explores themes of spirituality reflection and human emotion through the works of leading 21st-century British composers.

The program features Mealor’s “Crucifixus” a striking choral piece known for its profound depth and emotional intensity creating a powerful and immersive atmosphere. The evening will also include works by Karl Jenkins Eric Whitacre and Patrick Hawes each offering a unique perspective on contemporary choral and orchestral music.
