In 2024, ILTE was granted national development bank status and is currently transitioning from a traditional agency to a bank model. The seminar will explore where and how to seek state financial support, how the state as a funder differs from private funders, the various models of state funding, and highlight some of the exciting initiatives ILTE is currently working on. Rasa Zaščiurinskaitė is a Partner and Head of the Competition Practice Group at COBALT Lithuania. For over 16 years, she has concentrated her practice in competition law and has substantial experience in Energy, Pharmacy, Aviation and other regulated areas of law. During her legal career, Rasa Zaščiurinskaitė has advised both local and international clients on diverse Competition law and Commercial law matters.
Akvilė Bosaitė is a Partner and Co-Head of the Banking and Finance Practice Group. She has specialised in banking, finance, investment funds, project financing, restructuring of financing, securities and M&A for over fourteen years. Akvilė Bosaitė is a recommended expert in finance law by international law firm directories.
Justinas Šileika is a Specialist Counsel at COBALT Lithuania. He specialises in the fields of EU & Competition and Corporate Law. In his legal practice he has consulted numerous local and international clients on a wide range of legal issues. Justinas holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University, and is currently an assistant-lecturer of EU & Competition Law at Mykolas Romeris University.
Giedrė Gečiauskienė has over 20 years of professional experience in customer service, financial management, financial markets, investments, operations, and team leadership. She currently heads the ILTE customer and financing solutions teams and plays an active role in the organization’s strategic transformation.
Martynas Mykolas Kalvaitis is a seasoned finance consultant with over 15 years of experience in EU Structural and Investment Funds, currently serving as a Consultant and Manager at Sintesi Consulting. His expertise spans public-private partnerships, investment project development, and alternative investments, backed by a strong academic foundation from Vilnius University and the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
