LT: Paryžiaus Notre-Dame katedra ir Vilniaus Šv. Kazimiero bažnyčia turi daugiau bendro, nei galima pamanyti. Abi – architektūriškai įspūdingos, kupinos istorijos ir pripildytos vargonų muzikos. Šįkart jas sujungs Vincent Dubois – vienas iš trijų pagrindinių garsiausios Prancūzijos šventovės vargonininkų, pirmą kartą koncertuosiantis Vilniuje.
V. Dubois – Paryžiaus konservatorijos auklėtinis, tarptautinių konkursų laureatas, koncertuojantis su prestižiniais orkestrais (nuo Philadelphia Orchestra iki Radio France), pasirodantis svarbiausiose Europos, JAV, Azijos koncertų salėse bei festivaliuose. Kritikai giria jo techninį meistriškumą, emocinę gelmę bei architektūrišką skambesio pojūtį.
Šį vakarą jis pasirodys ne vienas – kartu su Marie-Andrée Joerger, klasikinio akordeono ambasadore. Atlikėja koncertuoja tokiose scenose kaip Berlyno filharmonija, Vienos Konzerthaus ar Paryžiaus filharmonija. Jos albumas Bach en Miroir vadinamas tikru atradimu, o nuolatinis bendradarbiavimas su šiuolaikiniais kompozitoriais plečia akordeono galimybių ribas.
Duetas pristatys žavingą programą, alsuojančią prancūziška dvasia: nuo subtilaus Fauré ir Debussy švytėjimo iki Poulenc žaismės, nuo Galliano džiazinės laisvės iki Piazzollos dramatizmo.

EN: Paris’ Notre-Dame Cathedral and Vilnius’ St Casimir’s Church have more in common that you may think. Both are architecturally impressive, bear a rich history and are filled with organ music. And this time, Vincent Dubois will be bringing them even closer together – he is one of the three main organists at the most famous shrine in France, appearing in concerts for the first time in Vilnius.
V. Dubois is a graduate of the Paris Conservatory, a laureate of international competitions, he plays in concerts with prestigious orchestras (from the Philadelphia Orchestra to Radio France), and appears in the most important concert halls and festivals in Europe, the United States and Asia. Critics applaud his technical mastery, emotional depth and architectural sense of sound.
This evening, he won’t be appearing alone – come and see him perform with Marie-Andrée Joerger, the ambassador of the classical accordion. She plays in concerts on stages including the Berlin Philharmonic, Vienna’s Konzerthaus and Paris’ Philharmonic. Her album Bach en Miroir has been called a true discovery, while her constant collaboration with contemporary composers broadens the boundaries of the accordion’s potential.
This duet will be presenting a charming programme, emanating the French spirit: from the subtle brilliance of Fauré and Debussy to the playfulness of Poulenc, and from the jazzy freedom of Galliano to the dramatism of Piazzolla.
