We all carry shadow.
Parts of ourselves that are hidden, repressed, or disowned — and sometimes even our brightest light is dimmed because it feels “too much.”
This embodied workshop invites you into a gentle encounter with the unseen:
the archetypes we’ve exiled, the voices we’ve silenced, the sides of us that long to be met.
✨ Through movement, symbol, and Playback Theatre, we’ll explore:
🔹 Jungian archetypes that dwell in our personal and collective shadow
🔹 The dynamic of visible/invisible, accepted/rejected
🔹 What our bodies know — and want to express
🔹 Spontaneous stories reflected with empathy and artistry
This space is for you if:
– you’re drawn to the mystery of the unconscious
– you long to embrace parts of yourself left in the dark
– you’re curious about archetypes, dreams, and emotional depth
– you love creative, expressive, and body-based processes
💬 No theatre experience needed.
Language: English (Ukrainian support available).

🔹 Spontaniškomis istorijomis, kurios atgyja per teatrą
