House Dance workshop with Moksha

Vilnius House dance community, it's your time to shine🔥 On July 5th, Júlio a.k.a. Moksha is coming from Portugal 🇵🇹 to give a 2 hr workshop 🤩

The workshop will cover:

🔹MOVEMENT INTRO - an awakening part of the class, this will get us going and create the flow of the workshop
🔹⁠APPROACH TO THE MUSIC - analysing music patterns and what the body feels
🔹EXPLORING YOUR OWN STYLE - finding vulnerability and essence within you and the style

Within these 3 main topics, we'll have a safe space for exploring more technical parts, but it is going to feel less like a class in front of a mirror and more of a movement research-based workshop.
