We’ve all been told to “stay nice.”
To be quiet. To be polite.
To push anger down — until it simmers under the surface.

But what if anger isn’t a threat —
what if it’s a message?

This workshop is an invitation to meet your anger with breath, movement, and honest presence.
You’ll explore:

🔹 body tension and suppressed “no”s
🔹 cultural shame around aggression
🔹 embodied, healthy emotional expression
🔹 grounding techniques before and after release

We’ll move together, express, and close with a powerful Playback Theatre circle, where your stories will be reflected with care.

– you’re ready to meet your fire with compassion and curiosity
