Guided tour of the exhibition “From Within”

From Within is the first exhibition in Lithuania to explore the impact of art on emotional health on such a scale. Combining art history and psychology, it invites a deeper, more attentive encounter with works of art that opens up space for reflection, resilience, and personal insight.🪞

Through modern and contemporary Lithuanian art from, the exhibition encourages us to look inward. Inspired by Carl Gustav Jung’s model of personality and Alain de Botton’s vision of the therapeutic potential of art, it offers a thematic journey into emotion, self-awareness, and meaning.

We invite you to take part in a guided tour of From Within, where a MO guide will accompany you through the exhibition’s layered structure, helping you to pause, to notice, and to enter into dialogue with the artworks and yourself.
