CRHC is ready for its Community Fall Wellness Lab Draws, which will be held on CRHC's campus in Clarinda at the Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine Center building, just east of the hospital. Appointments are required, and walk-in lab draws will not be available.
Please register online and select what options you would like for your labs and any other additional services. Our scheduling team will call you back to schedule an appointment for the date and services you registered for.

For accurate lab results, a 10-12 hour fast is REQUIRED. Black coffee and water before labs are okay. Please continue to take prescribed medication as normal.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:
These services might be scheduled separately from your lab draw on a different date and/or time. Please mention your interest in these services when we return your call to schedule your lab draw, and our customer service team can take care of scheduling those appointments for you as well.
DXA Body Composition Scan - $30 (Testing completed in Radiology)
MedGem Calorimeter - $30 (Testing completed with a Dietitian)
US Abdominal Aorta Screening - $60 (Testing completed in Radiology)
RECEIVING LAB RESULTS:
Results will be mailed out and should be received within seven business days following the lab draw. Results will also be uploaded into Patient Portal accounts within three business days of the lab draws. These results will not be shared with your provider. If you have abnormal lab results, please schedule an appointment with your provider.
