I allow myself a little reminder regarding the rental of stands in our conventions (or elsewhere)
🎪 The stands we offer are not "expensive" for the pleasure of being so.
Their rate is directly related to the cost of renting places, often exhibition parks, with a capacity of 800 to 2,500 people, and not low-budget communal rooms.
📦 To this is added all the logistics: layout, security, insurance, management, etc.
🎤 Animations, sound reinforcement, advertising, ticketing, prizes for the competitions: these elements are entirely financed via the entries, not the stands.
👉 So, the remarks of style ‘you are making your pockets full ” thank you for keeping them for others.
This is neither the place nor the reality.
🧍♂️ The simple stands are 3x3 m (9m 2) for 1 artist + assistant(e) 2 tables, chairs, electric power supply, daseri collected, transported and safely disposed of, wipe up everything, water bottle, VIP evening.
👥 The doubles are 3x6 m (18m 2) and are intended for 3 artists + assistant(s) 4 tables, chairs, electric power supply, daseri collected, transported and securely disposed of, wipe everything, water bottle, VIP evening.
🔴 Booth sharing is accepted, but framed:
❌ 3 artists on a simple stand? NO.
❌ 6 artists on a double? Again NO.
