Experience the gentle power of the moonlit water while you flow through Yin Yoga, soak in the soothing vibrations of a crystal quartz sound bath harmony, and enjoy a peaceful paddle under the stars. What to Expect:
🌊 Safety Demo: A comprehensive safety demo to ensure all participants feel confident and prepared before getting on the water.
🧘♀️ Yin Yoga: Settle onto your paddle board for a calming 50-minute Yin Yoga session. This restorative practice focuses on slow, mindful stretches to release tension and ground your energy, perfect for harmonizing body and mind before the moonlit paddle.
🎶Sound Bath: As you float serenely on your paddle board during Yin Yoga, immerse yourself in the healing energy of crystal quartz placed around you. The calming vibrations of the crystals will enhance your practice, helping to clear blockages and balance your energy. As we transition into the final harmonizing concert, let the soothing sounds wash over you, bringing deep relaxation and a sense of unity with the moonlit waters.

This intimate event is limited to just 8 paddle boards, so be sure to secure your spot early! Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a first-timer, this special experience is designed to refresh and inspire you.

Important Info:
🚗Meeting Point: We will meet as a group at W15 Mini Mart (381 Highway W Eldon, MO 65026) at 5:55pm for last call bathrooms and water. From here we will depart as a group to the launch. Expect a reminder text the day of class.
✨ Wear Layers: As the evening cools, dressing in layers will keep you comfortable during the paddle.
☁️ Weather Policy: In the event of adverse weather, the event will be rescheduled to the following day.
