Winter Wonderland Train returns to Pine Mountain Gold Museum every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night from December 3rd to December 20th 2025. The annual ride features over 11 miles of lights condensed into our 1 mile scenic railway and is a very popular regional family attraction.
The train leaves every 20 minutes (3 trains per hour.) Gates open at 5pm, and the first train departs at 5:40pm. Each trip takes approximately 20 minutes including loading and unloading. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time.
The train will run every night at the scheduled time unless there is inclement weather. In the event of a weather related cancellation, refunds will be issued automatically.
The Pine Mountain Fire Ring will have a bonfire every night. Make sure to try our handcrafted gourmet s’mores which you can cook at the fire ring. Santa is available at specific times and on specific dates. S'mores kits are $5.50 (+tx) each and are purchased at the ticket booth. Meet and greet with winter themed characters each night (character availability and times varies.)

YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PAPER TICKET AT THE TICKET BOOTH TO BOARD THE TRAIN.
ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME. You must plan accordingly.
YOU MUST BE ON TIME TO BOARD YOUR TRAIN!
Staff cannot guarantee a seat on any train if you arrive after your scheduled time. Abusing and threatening the Staff will change nothing. You must be on time to board your train - NO EXCEPTIONS.
THE TRAIN IS ON A SET SCHEDULE AND ONCE IT HAS LEFT THE DEPOT IN CANNOT BE RECALLED.
Please be 30 minutes early so that you can make sure you get to your train on time.
EACH ROW ON THE TRAIN SITS 2 PEOPLE!
This means that you may have to sit next to a stranger. Abusing and threatening the Staff will change nothing. Each row sits 2 people - NO EXCEPTIONS.
SMALL CHILDREN AND RIDERS UNDER AGE 2 MUST SIT IN LAP.
