A heart-opening afternoon of connection, creation, and community
Join us for a deeply nourishing cacao ceremony that blends the sacred and the sensory — beginning with the perfect cup of ceremonial cacao, followed by a heart-centered journey of sound, song, and soulful meditation.
What to Expect: We’ll begin by gently arriving into the space with a grounding cleansing ritual and altar preparation. You’re invited to bring a small item of sentimental value for our shared altar — something that holds meaning or love for you — but showing up just as you are is also perfect.
Next, we’ll dive into the story and spirit of cacao — exploring its ancient roots, cultural significance, and heart-opening properties.
After we sip together, we’ll drop into a gentle ceremonial space with song and sound. Bring your favorite blanket or pillow, your go-to mug, and whatever makes you feel most at home — or simply come with just your body and breath.
We’ll close with community sharing, holding space for reflection, connection, and grounding before we part ways.
What to Bring (Optional):
A pillow, blanket, or anything to help you feel extra cozy
Your favorite mug for cacao
A small item with sentimental value for the altar
An open heart and willingness to connect
No experience needed — just bring your presence. We can’t wait to sit in circle with you.

🌺 Preparation for Cacao Ceremony 🌺
Dear One,
To co-create a sacred, heart-centered space together, please consider these loving invitations as you prepare for ceremony:
🌿 Fast with Love 🌿
Come with an empty belly—no food for at least 3 hours before we gather. Please avoid dairy the day of, as it may block cacao’s gentle magic.
🧺 Create Your Nest 🧺
Bring what you need to feel deeply comfortable: we have yoga mats, boaters, blankets, but if you have your own pillows, blankets, or mats that you’d like to bring to feel cozy please feel free. Think cozy, warm, and held.
💫 Sacred Item for the Altar 💫
Bring something special to you—a meaningful token like a photo, a crystal, or a small keepsake— to place on our shared altar space.
🍇 Nourish Gently After 🍇
Pack a small, wholesome snack and water for after the ceremony. Nuts, fruit, or other light, grounding foods are ideal.
🎶 Bring Your Music (Optional) 🎶
If you feel called, bring a small instrument like a drum, flute, rattle, or ukulele—or simply your voice—to share sounds and songs in community.
🌀 Come with Curiosity 🌀
Most importantly, bring your open heart, your breath, and your willingness to journey within.
