Since 2021, Funk It! has been bringing the only true beach rave events to the Barcelona area each summer. This year, we bring the funk to a new seaside location: Habana Blue chiringuito.
Steps from the Vilanova i la Geltrú train station, here you can dance in the sand from day-to-night with proper sound curated by DJs.
Full-on beach day vibes while the sun is up, with families welcome. Clubbier and heavier after sunset, going until closing (about 2am)!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
*Free entry all day and night long. We are a non-profit, community-run collective bringing accessible events to all!
*Bumping sound system in all its open-air goodness
*International & local DJs mixing between house, international, nu-disco and progressive vibes. As long as it's funky, it's welcome.
*Cabanas, parasols & beach chairs available to rent
*Sea-side cocktails, fresh drinks and quality food made locally
*Water sports & full beach day vibes if you arrive early
HOW TO GET THERE:
In circumstances where local regulations have made real beach parties impossible in Barcelona city limits, we're taking the party somewhere we can really do it justice.
Transport options:
· Rodalies R2 Sud to Vilanova i la Geltrú - smooth & scenic train ride + 15-minute beachside walk
· Free & paid parking available along the beach and port side
· Plenty of bike parking spots throughout the beach
· Wheelchair friendly! (There is a wooden ramp from the pavement to the beach bar)
HOW TO GET HOME:
· Last train towards BCN: 22:30
· Last train towards Sant Vicenç de Calders: 23:30
· N30 night bus every 30 min all-night-long from Vilanova station to St. Pere de Ribes, Sitges & Barcelona, or towards Cubelles & Vilafranca del Penedés

· No outside drinks / alcohol consumption around beach bar perimeter
