Welcome the day with a gentle, energizing yoga practice by the river as the sun rises over Parkersburg. This 45-minute all-levels class invites you to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and connect with the calm beauty of the morning before the excitement of the day begins.
Perfect for Paddle Fest participants looking to prepare their bodies for time on the water…and open to anyone who simply wants to experience the serenity of sunrise yoga.
Bring your mat, dress in layers, and let the peaceful start set the tone for your day.
7:00-7:45am at the Point Park Amphitheatre. FREE for the community!
