Restorative Yoga with Lori

As summer begins to wind down and the season prepares for change, it’s a good time to set intentions, rest our bodies and relax our minds. Restorative Yoga is a wonderful way to help you acclimate and adjust to the cooling temperatures, busier schedules and all other duties that are calling.
In this class, we will rest on a bolster, reconnect to breath, and observe our selves relaxing. A wonderful grounding practice, restorative yoga helps to balance the nervous system, moving from fight and flight to rest and restore. All of your senses are integrated and interpreted through the nervous system therefore, by practicing stillness in a relaxing pose your body and mind reconnect.
This class is the yin to your yang. The relaxed to your busy. The Peace that comes from Within.
Join us for a 90 minute practice of releasing and reintegrating. Sign up early! Space is limited, but you are not. September 14th. 3-4:30pm. $35
