Stretch & "Burn"

Join us at McDonough Nature Refuge for a magical yoga class that will celebrate the Solar Plexus fire chakra.

We'll be behind the log cabin shelter on the main walking path. After class, we'll be making smudging sticks or "burnable bouquets" from a variety of herbs, flowers and fruits, and taking them home to dry.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks, straps, blankets, etc., please bring them, too.

Questions are always highly encouraged! Our goal at Weird Flex is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth! Hope to see you there!

**Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred by the original purchaser to another student, for the same date. We do not keep a wait list on file.
