Get ready to roll into Vidalia, Louisiana for the GMCMI Spring 2026 Convention April 21-26, 2026! We’re thrilled to announce that registration is officially open, and this year’s lineup is shaping up to be one of our most memorable ever. We’ve got a whole new slate of fun activities, amazing tech and non-tech sessions, and a bunch of surprises up our sleeves.
We’ve heard your requests loud and clear: more free time and sightseeing opportunities are on the way, so stay tuned for details on how to explore the beautiful surroundings. And don’t forget: early bird pricing is available until December 1st, so snag your spot now and save!

Early Bird Pricing:
$495 for a motorhome with up to two people (Kids under 18 are free)
$185 for each additional adult over the two included.
Your reservation is for the convention dates only. It includes one motorhome site with full hookups for 5 nights and 6 days. The cost also includes all scheduled GMCMI activities and some meals will be provided. The schedule of activities and provided meals will be sent out asap as we are still finalizing the plan.
BOOKING EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE CHECK OUTS - You are responsible for booking your own early arrival or late check out reservations. Call Riverview RV Resort directly and ask for the GMCMI Convention Discount. We will make sure that you remain in the same campsite for the duration of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY - After January 15, 2026, no refunds of any amount will be issued. Once the convention is fully sold out, you may request to transfer your campsite and registration fees to another attendee(s) by submitting a GMCMI transfer request form to the Convention Manager. Transfers are not guaranteed unless there is a waitlist/demand. If your campsite is successfully reassigned, a $95 administration fee will be deducted from the reimbursement. Campsites will be reassigned in the order transfer requests are received (by date and time of submission).*
