We are excited to have Mr. B present his “Summer School, a brief history of dance music” Seminar/ DJ set to kick off the evening, starting at 8pm. He will be headed to Shambahla to present it for the second year running this summer. When we heard Mr. B was doing these we knew we had to get one done for us at The Downbeat. Anyone coming down for "Summer School" will get early bird price for the whole show.

Following Summer School will be Primitive B2B Mr. B.: These two have been playing tag sets for many years and while their sets are rooted in House music, you can be sure to expect some surprises here as well. Come early for Summer School, then to see the room get warmed up proper for Jennay.

The Downbeat is proud to welcome Jennay Badger behind the decks for an extended 2 hour mixed genre set of 4/4 and bass music. She is fitting us in amidst a busy summer schedule, and is amped to play our room. House, UKG, 140, DnB… this one will bump in all kinds of ways.
