Sounds of Stillness, sound bath meditation starts Aug 20th, every Wednesday @ 6pm, the Copper Mountain Center at 239 Menzies, in James Bay. In September, Sounds of Stillness will expand to The Zen Den in Chinatown.
Maggie playing the Tibetan bowls, Susannah chanting & song and Cami rhythm from a frame drum. Intuitively together vibrating the 432Hz frequency for deep inner connection and peace.
