Join i-Land Fest as we hit the streets for the Pre-Carnival Jump Up at the Oak Bay Tea Party Parade on June 7, 2025! This is your chance to rep Caribbean culture, dance to infectious rhythms, wave your flag, and hype up the city ahead of i-Land Fest 2025!
