We see the voice as our most innate and raw expression, a bridge into our deepest parts. We are meant to allow ourselves to sound and hymn, in a natural way, that relieves us from stress and emotional stagnancy.
Our voices hold memories, ancient wisdom and all that we are, in each breath. It reveals how we feel and think of ourselves in each moment. It is very vulnerable and fragile, yet our most powerful tool.
All life emerges from vibration, from sound in its essence. So who are we to judge these sounds? 🐦🔥
There is a place beyond judgement, fear and shame, where we remember to be as we are, in sound and breath.
