👩🍳 Chef Ylenia Motta
Born in Milan, Ylenia is a vegan chef, biologist and Ayurvedic nutritionist. She has cooked across Europe – from Malaga to Rotterdam – and worked in gourmet restaurants and retreats worldwide. With her project The Vegan Cocotte, she creates food that is not only delicious but also deeply nourishing. Her cuisine blends Ayurvedic wisdom, international flavors, and aesthetic detail, with a passion for natural, plant-based ingredients.
🎵 Pietro Visibelli
Originally trained as a pianist in Italy, Pietro discovered the sitar and devoted himself to Hindustani classical music under maestro Suman Bhattacharya in Kolkata. He graduated in Indian Music from the Arrigo Pedrollo Conservatory in Vicenza and has performed internationally – from solo recitals to collaborations with Indian dance performances. His music carries the meditative and soulful essence of the sitar.
✨ Together, Ylenia and Pietro will take you on a journey for all the senses: a vegan dinner full of color, flavor, and creativity, paired with the enchanting live sound of the sitar.
