Come join us and take some time for yourself and a break from everyday complexities. Center into your breath, embody presentness and be immersed in tranquility.
You will be led into a basic guided meditation, sound bowl and Reiki healing. Everyone will receive a sage cleansing/smudging.
These circles offer a powerful yet gentle way to calm your mind, set Intention and share in the uplifting collective energy of the group.
Everyone is welcome.
Bring a yoga mat and bolster if you prefer.
Mats and chairs will be provided.
