Monday Night Mastery

For the first part of this hour we usually have a topic to discuss that will help us cultivate greater inner peace. We look to have awareness of where we might be getting in our own way or sabotaging our interests. Then I lead you in guided meditations that help us move and shift energy to align with our intentions! We also have some kind of sound healing during this time! There is no need to register for this event! Just show up! All are welcome! Just bring a yoga mat if you have one to sit and lie on. We have bolsters and blankets to help you get more comfortable!
