Sunday Trail Run - Heysen Reccie Run

Coach Nathan will be leading this Reccie Run.

Meet at Inman Valley Hall at 7:30am to Carpool to the start line of the 50km Heysen event at Myponga. We will then follow the course back to Inman Valley. This is approximately a 22km run.

We will the head back to collect the cars and head to the Myponga bakery for refueling.
