🌲 Forest Immersion: Breathwork, Ice Bath & Sauna Experience on Kangaroo Island 🌲
Gift yourself a rejuvenating morning in nature, where you’ll awaken your senses, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body. Set within the serene pine forest at *Island Alive*—a stunning sanctuary overlooking Pelican Lagoon—this intimate wellness experience is designed to unlock your innate capacity to heal through the powerful practices of breathwork and contrast therapy.
We’ll begin beneath the morning with grounding breathwork, guided meditation, and barefoot forest bathing—an invitation to fully arrive and connect with the land. From here, you’ll move into the invigorating chill of the ice bath (optional), followed by deep warmth in our hot-rock sauna, heated to a delicious 80–90°C. Cycle between the cold and heat multiple times, with the option of an outdoor shower and hot tub as part of your rotation.
