Bi-Monthly Branch Skills Session-June

Our skills session this month will include a yoga session with branch member Jenny. It won't be like a normal yoga class but more an exploration of different yoga skills, accessible to all skill levels.
Attendees to bring a mat, plus cozy blanket and pillow for a long relaxation to end and wear comfortable clothes.
6.30pm for a 7pm start.

New members, or anyone interested in finding out more about who we are, what we do, and what we are about, are encouraged to come along, no pressure to join.
Prospective members are welcome to attend 3 meetings before making the commitment to join.
