Saturday Morning Long Run 18 and 10 Miles

We've got big milage again for our fall marathon training cycle targeting the Chicago Marathon on October 12, and we are only 6 weeks out now! This weekend, we have 18 miles for the Chicago Marathon, and a 10 route just for fun!!

-Avo/Dram/Carrigan/Surf Hound’s steps (mile 14 and 17 for 18 route)
