Mommy & Me (for babies)

Our "Mommy and Me" yoga class offers a gentle and supportive space for postpartum moms and their pre-crawling babies to connect through mindful movement and breath. Designed to help moms regain strength and flexibility while bonding with their little ones and meeting peers in the same stage of life, this class combines soothing stretches, light yoga poses, and baby-focused interactions.

No yoga experience needed!

Registration is required. Class size is small. If you are unable to show, please cancel at least 2 hours in advance.

Please bring: a yoga mat, one blanket that smells like you, a baby toy, anything needed to take care of your baby!
