9-Week Introduction to Color Theory: Watercolor Painting Course - Using Color to Paint Light

Activity Description: This unique multi-week course will walk you through the basics of watercolor paint as you are guided step-by-step in creating realistic paintings which incorporate the illusion of light. This workshop is appropriate for beginners and intermediate-level artists alike. The experienced instructor will approach the workshop from a new perspective helping students to build a strong foundation in the medium. The concept of this course is inspired by the painting style of local watercolor artist Audrey Landsdale. 

Price: $450 for the entire workshop for non-members or $425 for members. Sign up for the entire workshop by 8/29 to receive a $25 early bird discount. Use code EB25 at checkout. A deposit of $225 (50%) is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due at the first class. The drop-in fee per session is $50. More Information: Each session is approximately 2 hours long with an hour following the structured portion of each class for open art. We highly recommend attending all classes in the workshop as each class builds on the last. However we allow drop-ins for individual sessions.
