Hello Teachers/Parents/Mental Health Professionals/Individuals,
Do you know a child, teen, or adult who’s struggling with attention, organization, or impulsiveness?
Whether you are a parent, teacher, or clinician, navigating ADHD can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone.
We invite you to join us for our monthly CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD) of the Southern Tier meeting. We offer practical information, evidence-based strategies, support, and connection with others who get it.
When: Thursday, November 20, 2025
Time: 6:00 PM
Where: Vestal Public Library, 320 Vestal Pkwy E, Vestal, NY – Large Meeting Room
What is CHADD all about?
CHADD is a national nonprofit offering trustworthy, science-based information about ADHD for all ages. Local chapters like ours help families, educators, and professionals connect, learn, and support one another.
At this meeting, you will:
• Learn about real-life tools and strategies for managing ADHD
• Meet others who understand the daily ups and downs
• Discover resources for school, home, and work
• Get connected to ongoing support and future events
Whether you’re new to ADHD or have years of experience, you’re welcome here. No pressure—just come, listen, and see if it’s a good fit for you or someone you care about.
