Yoga for Health & Energy

This yoga practice is designed to energise and balance your whole body, boosting your health and building up a forcefield of resilience and fortitude 🤩

Through a series of movements, breathing exercises and meditation to promote physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, you will release tension and toxins from your body, while strengthening and toning your muscles. Join us on Sunday 7 December and start your journey towards optimal health and wellbeing 💛

What to expect: Roughly 70 mins of movement, chanting and music to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, followed by deep yoga nidra relaxation for 30-40 mins. A healthy drink, fruit and a yummy not-so-healthy snack finish off the morning.
