Music, movement and chanting create a powerful experience to awaken your energy, release energetic blockages, charge your nervous system and feel alive!

What to expect: Roughly 70 mins of movement, chanting and music to leave you feeling inspired and energised, followed by deep yoga nidra relaxation for 30-40 mins and a drink and a snack to replenish your reserves 😊
