Yin Yoga Workshop

Learn the theory behind Yin Yoga, how it's different than Restorative yoga and 20+ poses. Whether you are a teacher and are looking to expand your skills or a student and want to find a balance to your more active yoga practice, this workshop is open to anyone. For any RYT, we will provide 16 CECs.
