Earth Beats: Root Chakra Harmony Through Drumming and Yogic Practices Workshop

The Muladhara or root chakra is the cornerstone of the chakra system positioned at the base of the spine serving as the bedrock upon which the other energy centers rest.

During our 75 min together we will delve deep into the significance of the root chakra which symbolizes our foundational links to the physical world and our sense of safety and survival. Often imbalances in this chakra can lead to feelings of insecurity powerlessness or a lack of belonging.
