Teach a Child to Fish Day - a community affair

Fishing is such a relaxing past time. Especially here in Florida. But fishing is so much more for a child. It's time spent. It's trust building. It's learning patience. It's cognitive skills.
July 19, 2025 is Teach a Child to Fish day! #voicesforchildrenotc has teamed up with #IndianRiverConnections for a Stock the Classroom supply drive! We are going to help out some amazing schools with supplies.

We are currently looking for .....
1. Volunteers! If you know how to fish, or if you are willing to give it a shot. Volunteer.
If you need community hours ... We can help!

2. Sponsors. This is a great way to give back to the community that supports you and your business.

3. Fishing poles. Do you have a pole or two that you are not using, we will pick them up.

4. Have a business that you want to promote at the event... Contact us!!!
