There’s no such thing as TMI when it comes to understanding your body. As a society, we're often undereducated about how our bodies work, especially the pelvic floor and core. This workshop offers a foundational understanding of these essential muscle groups and debunks common myths. We’ll discuss common issues related to pelvic floor dysfunction, such as urinary leaks, abdominal weakness, and pelvic discomfort, exploring when and why they occur, and introducing practical strategies to address and prevent them.

Donations for this event will benefit To Write Love on Her Arms, a movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, & suicide.
