Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a proven program that teaches you how to quiet the mind, release stress, and live with greater awareness and ease. Through mindfulness practices like gentle movement, meditation, and self-reflection, you’ll learn practical tools to respond to life’s challenges with clarity and calm—rather than react with stress and tension.
