Liminality is the sacred space in between—between what was and what is yet to be. It’s where transformation takes root. If you find yourself in a time of transition, waiting, or seeking clarity, this morning retreat is a gentle invitation to pause and listen deeply.
Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, spacious silence, and meaningful group sharing, we’ll explore this in-between space together—with curiosity, compassion, and presence.
