From Erin:

I grew up dancing, performing, and competing in gymnastics and have always LOVED being on the stage.

My mother passed away May 17th 2021, exactly 4 years ago to the date that I will be performing on stage for the Dancing with Vero Stars main Event. My mother LOVED dancing so I said YES in her honor, and to CELEBRATE her life.

I grew up in Vero Beach, attended highschool at VBHS and cheered for our beloved VBHS fighting Indians!

I graduated from FSU.

I lived and ran my own personal training business in Los Angeles for 8 years before moving to Australia where I lived and studied yoga and meditation for 3 years. I traveled to many places around the world before making my way back to VERO BEACH to be near family. This is where I met my husband almost 11 years ago.

I have two businesses:

1) Erin Lanahan Method, LLC where I practice as a Holistic Business Coach, Movement Mentor, and Spiritual Teacher.

2) And VE Retreat, which I run with my business partner and together we host international yoga retreats.

It’s an honor to be a part of this opportunity to raise money for Healthy Start because every mother, child, father, and family needs a healthy start!
