Perceptions Yoga, Mindfulness and Art is pleased to announce our next exhibition of art in Vernon. The public is invited to attend the opening reception of Unfinished Rediscovery on Friday evening, August 1st, 5pm-7pm to meet artist Brandi Moss, view the exhibition, and make purchases of art.
Brandi is a graduate of Jennings County High School and Ivy Tech Community College, and has since built a career as a Supervisor at Lowe’s Distribution Center where she has been now for 11 years. Brandi is one to always stay busy, and enjoys filling her time with productivity in all forms, from work to fun.
She has always had a passion for art, but for a long time stepped away from it due to the chaos that meets us all in life. She has recently been trying to rekindle this passion and get her hands creating again to try to rediscover herself as an artist again, after a period of being lost.
Her work is currently a combination of mixed medias and styles as she tries to encompass the artist she was, the artist she is now, and the artist she strives to be. Her work speaks to her trying find her way back to loving art in all forms, both beautiful and imperfect.
She invites you to visit her collection of vulnerability as she anxiously steps out of her comfort zone to display what she deems as her unfinished work.
Complementary refreshments and snacks will be served.
There will also be a closing reception on Friday evening, August 29th, from 5pm-7pm at Perceptions.
We look forward to seeing you.
