The Shoulder And Neck Reset

Join Lydia for a nurturing yoga workshop that combines somatic techniques with classic asana practice. You'll engage in gentle, intentional movements focusing on your fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms. This distinctive session begins and concludes with somatic wrist, shoulder, and neck work, allowing you to attune to your body and notice the subtle changes that unfold during a practice. The middle of the session will be a flow that releases your neck and shoulders and strengthens your legs. Ideal for those who spend a lot of time working with their hands, have neck and shoulder mischief, or spend a lot of time on devices! This session will deepen your body awareness, relax you, and enhance your connection to self.
