Restorative Sund Healing Workshop

Join Jen Daniels and guest workshop host, Doug Yaeger, in this divine workshop combining introspective movement and transformative sound.

Relax, renew, and release after a long week with the healing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and chimes skillfully played by Certified Sound Healer, Doug, while being led through a slow Restorative yoga practice by Jen.

This practice is an invitation for self-care, a release of tension, and mindful repose. No previous yoga experience is required.
