Together, at Illuminated Journeys Sacred Space Studio, we will
* Share in a cacao ceremony as we call in our intentions and expand our heart-scape
* Awaken our throat chakras as we harmonize our voices together by chanting ~Om~ and sing a medicine song together (good singing voices and experience not needed)
* Experience a traditional drum and rattle bath along with a sacred sound journey that will weave in the resonance of the ocean drum, drone flute, crystal singing harp, koshi & seed bar chimes, and 41" gong
* Reflect on our experience with a closing share circle

You will need to bring along with you:
-cushion or bolster to sit upon (there are a couple chairs if it is easier for you to not be on the ground)
-a yoga mat to lay on
-a small mug for cacao
-a journal and pen if you like to capture moments in written word
-water bottle
