🌑 New Moon Kirtan with the Little Birds @ the Okanagan Centre for Spiritual Living.

The new moon invites fresh beginnings—a time to turn inward, set intentions, and open to possibility. We gather in this energy through "Kirtan", a practice of group singing and meditation where sacred mantras guide us into connection, presence, and joy.

Formed in 2025, *The Little Birds*—Frank Morrison, Connor Hargraves, and Christopher Coley—blend music and devotion as a path of growth, healing, and service. Their heartfelt intention is to move emotions, open perception, and deepen our shared spiritual journey.
